Ayurvedic Vata Recipes For A Beautiful Vata Face Every Day

Daily Skin Care Routine for Your Vata Dosha

Do the following routine twice a day, morning and night. If your skin is very dry, do not use any cleanser in the morning--just splash your face with plain lukewarm water and pat gently dry. If you wear makeup, at night you need to use a makeup remover such as sesame oil, before cleansing.
