Abdominal bloating is a sign of dysfunction of the digestive fire. It occurs when the gastrointestinal tract can't break down food properly, causing the abdomen to distend. AYURVEDIC SELF-CARE can help. Follow the appropriate Daily Lifestyle Regimen for your dosha and pay attention to your diet. Eat a light diet of vegetables, rice, or kicharee. Try Yoga movements that release wind and gases from the body such as toe bending, ankle rotation, and posture known as Rocking and Rolling. HERBAL REMEDIES such as Triphala can treat the entire digestive tract. Use FIVE-SENSE THERAPIES like sweet, sour, bitter, and salty foods, spices, and herbs. See a health professional if the bloating is persistent or accompanied by severe discomfort and pain. Thanks for watching and subscribe to the channel.
